  • Services: Service-based projects (e.g., website development, design, SEO, or content creation) cannot be returned as they involve customization and resource allocation specific to each client’s requirements.

2. Exceptions to the Return Policy
Returns or replacements may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • The digital product delivered is significantly different from what was promised in terms of features or specifications.
  • The delivered product is non-functional and cannot be resolved through our technical support team.

For such cases, we will work to resolve the issue by providing:

  • A corrected version of the product.
  • An equivalent replacement product if applicable.

3. Return Request Process
If you believe you qualify for an exception, please follow these steps:

    • Your order details.
    • A clear explanation of the issue.
    • Any relevant screenshots or supporting evidence.
  2. Our team will review your request within 7 business days.
  3. If approved, we will provide a resolution within 10 business days.

4. No Returns for Delivered or Accessed Products

  • Products that have been delivered or accessed are considered final and cannot be returned.
  • Services completed or partially completed cannot be returned, but we encourage feedback to improve the experience.

5. Why Returns Are Limited
Our products and services are customized or delivered in a digital format, making returns impractical. Instead, we focus on addressing issues promptly to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.
